Job Title: Factory Maintenance Worker

We are seeking a skilled Factory Maintenance Worker to join our team at Pastificio D'Aprile Ltd. As a Factory Maintenance Worker, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, making adjustments and repairs to equipment, and ensuring the overall efficiency and safety of our factory operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning and lubricating equipment, and replacing worn-out parts.
  • Make adjustments and repairs to heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment.
  • Perform minor repairs on appliances and equipment.
  • Perform safety and security checks to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Perform other routine maintenance jobs, such as painting and drywall repair.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures.
Requirements:
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a factory setting.
  • Ability to work under pressure and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Physical ability to lift heavy objects and move equipment.
Working Conditions:
  • Work in a fast-paced factory environment.
  • Work under pressure to meet production deadlines.
  • Repetitive tasks and physical demands.
Language:
  • English is the primary language of communication.
Work Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week.
