About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Nestlé SA. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing business intelligence capabilities and tools to maximize profits and increase efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design, development, and implementation of tools for sales forecasting and rebate management using Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, and other applications within the Microsoft Power Platform suite.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports to support the forecast and rebate tools.
- Work closely with the business to understand and translate business requirements into visualizations and Power Platform solutions.
- Develop, deploy, and manage applications on Microsoft Power Platform.
- Provide support in data preparation, analysis, troubleshooting, and resolving issues related to data visualization and Power Platform applications.
- Document processes, methodologies, and guidelines.
- Train end-users on developed solutions and ensure they can utilize them effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake or similar) and Microsoft Power Platform and its components (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents).
- Solid understanding of Power Query.
- Solid understanding of DAX.
- Basic understanding of database concepts, SQL, and data modelling.
Preferred Skills:
- Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with MS Office VBA.
