Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at GameStop. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating cash registers, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Operate cash registers, process transactions, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge, including features, benefits, and technical specifications.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answering questions, and providing recommendations.
  • Participate in visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store appearance.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and promote a positive store environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail or sales experience an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
