Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

At Freedom Mobile, we're looking for a Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products and services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Promote and sell Freedom Mobile products and services
  • Build relationships with customers and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous sales experience an asset
