Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Leasing Representative to join our team. As a Leasing Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, performing sales and leasing functions, and assisting with administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and potential clients
  • Perform sales and leasing functions to achieve occupancy goals
  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as required
  • Report to the Site Manager
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a go-getter attitude
  • Above average computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
  • Knowledge of Acts, Laws, and Legislation pertaining to residential property management
  • Proficient administrative skills gained from an office setting
  • A strong sales background with the ability to close deals
  • Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, and on weekends
  • A valid driver's license and dependable vehicle
  • A clear background check
  • The successful completion of pre-employment fitness testing
Work Environment

Work hours are Tuesday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 11am-4pm.
