Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Door Installation Specialist to join our team at MIHIRAAN CONSTRUCTION CORP INC. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing interior prefabricated products and possess excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install interior prefabricated products, ensuring a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Repair and service interior prefabricated products, using hand and power tools as needed.
  • Determine layout and installation procedures, taking into account safety protocols and regulations.
  • Document and prepare invoices and work orders, maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely completion.
  • Measure and mark guidelines to be used for installations, ensuring precision and accuracy.
  • Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, adhering to company standards and protocols.
  • Load and unload trucks with supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient and safe transportation.
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms, following safety guidelines and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in door installation or a related field.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications, and to determine work requirements.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively.
