We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to take on the role of Business Owner for our Home Service Business. As a Business Owner, you will be responsible for the overall success of our business, including sales, marketing, and day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and build relationships with clients.
- Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new clients, manage sales teams, and meet sales targets.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including managing staff, coordinating logistics, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
- Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the business, including tracking expenses, managing budgets, and ensuring profitability.
- Leadership and Coaching: Provide guidance and support to staff members, develop their skills and knowledge, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including sales, marketing, and financial management.
