Job Summary
As a Group Benefits Administrator with Navacord, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our group benefits services. Your primary responsibilities will include handling employer and employee inquiries related to their group plans, in accordance with carrier contracts and CLIHA guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Process enrolments, terminations, and changes to employee/member records in various online systems/platforms
- Produce and release accurate monthly billing statements on a timely basis to clients
- Reconcile and validate billing statements and member data records with insurance carrier records where applicable
- Assist with new client carrier implementations, including attending employee benefit presentations

Requirements
- Completion of the GBA certification or willingness to complete is an asset
- Proven experience administering and handling benefit groups is an asset
- Experience with payroll and/or database programs is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy in completing data entry and reconciliation
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
