Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Auditor to join our team. As a Compliance Auditor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and report on compliance audits to identify areas of risk and non-compliance.
- Develop and implement recommendations to improve internal controls and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to investigate and resolve compliance issues.
- Conduct financial and operational analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and present audit reports to management and other stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, or a related field.
- Recent experience in finance, risk management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
