Job Summary
This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving of packages at our UPS facility. The successful candidate will utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn and execute UPS package handling methods.
- Load and unload UPS packages into trailers or package cars.
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting hourly rate: $17.30/h + bonus $0.50/h
- Maximum rate: $25.81/h (probation + 48 month progression)
- Approximately 5 hours per day
- Tuition reimbursement (up to $3000)
- Overtime after 5 hours of work
Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Ability to read and memorize postal codes
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
Shift: Monday to Friday from 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM
