Job Summary

Sandhu Express Inc is seeking a skilled Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and Unload Goods: Safely load and unload goods from our trucks, ensuring accurate and efficient delivery.
  • Operate and Maintain Vehicles: Operate and maintain our fleet of trucks, performing routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure safe and efficient operation.
  • Oversee Vehicle Condition: Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of our vehicles, including tires, lights, brakes, and other essential equipment.
  • Perform Emergency Repairs: Perform emergency roadside repairs to ensure minimal downtime and maintain our high standards of service.
  • Record and Report: Accurately record and report on cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
Requirements
  • Driver's License: Hold a valid Class 1 or A driver's license.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a truck driver is an asset.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
Work Environment
