Job Summary

We are seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Engineering team at FGF Brands. As an Electrical Engineer, you will work on projects related to existing food manufacturing equipment, commissioning of new food manufacturing equipment, and other capital expansion related projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design electrical control systems for projects using AutoCAD.
  • Program and troubleshoot PLCs and HMIs.
  • Troubleshoot problems and provide technical support to maintenance and production teams.
  • Identify and implement new technologies to enhance control systems.
  • Provide technical training for electricians.
  • Collaborate with engineers, electricians, and project leads to ensure project completion.
  • Follow GMP, Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Environmental Standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and their practical application.
  • Experience working with electrical systems, components, and devices in design and/or manufacturing environments.
  • Proficiency with PLC/HMI software, including Allen Bradley Studio5000, RSLogix500, FactoryTalk View, and others.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, regulatory codes, and best practices.
