Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen, Pas. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our restaurant, including supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies, maintaining accurate inventory levels and minimizing waste.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring that staff are adequately staffed and that customer demand is met.
- Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Prepare and submit reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations for business improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team collaboration. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be expected to work in a standing position for extended periods, with regular bending, crouching, and kneeling.
