Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Meat Processing Specialist to join our team at Fresh Choice Foods Distribution & Service. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe processing of meat products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials to and from production areas.
  • Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines to prepare meat products.
  • Feed flattened boxes into forming machines to construct containers for packaging.
  • Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers to meet quality and safety standards.
  • Clean machines and immediate work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Wrap and package prepared meats to meet customer requirements.
