Job Title: Spa Experience Coordinator

Join our team at Fairmont Empress, a Forbes Four-Star, 4-Diamond property, as a Spa Experience Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless experience for our spa guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle all guest interactions in a professional and courteous manner, serving as the first point of contact for guests and members.
  • Operate the reception area, telephones, and point of sale system, ensuring efficient and accurate transactions.
  • Provide information and literature about the spa and its services, both in person and via telephone.
  • Control entry into the spa facility, restricting unauthorized individuals and ensuring a secure environment.
  • Collect payments from clients for spa services rendered.
  • Assist with treatment bookings and scheduling, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the spa industry or hospitality.
  • Diploma or degree in hospitality or a related field is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel.
Physical Aspects of the Position:
  • Constant standing and walking.
  • Occasional bending and kneeling.
  • Occasional carrying and lifting.
Visa Requirements:

Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates in obtaining Canadian work authorization.
