Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Gong Cha Bubble Tea. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen
  • Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and a positive dining experience
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
