Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Capital Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale capital projects from planning to implementation. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met
- Liaising with stakeholders to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules
- Managing risks and mitigating potential issues
- Collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to design and implement projects
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A university degree in a related field (e.g., architecture, engineering, business administration)
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare sector
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
