We are seeking a skilled Quality Improvement Intern to join our team at William Osler Health System.

This exciting role involves supporting quality improvement initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders on various projects, and contributing to the development of new processes and pathways.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting corporate quality improvement, patient safety, and professional practice initiatives
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to implement solutions for identified improvement opportunities
  • Applying a systems-focused approach to achieve optimal results in quality, safety, reliability, efficiency, and productivity
  • Developing and identifying performance and outcome indicators
  • Engaging in data collection, interpretation, analysis, and presentation

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Essential qualifications include enrollment in a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, registration as a Registered Nurse in good standing, and a minimum of two years of healthcare experience.

A competitive salary is offered for this position, commensurate with experience, in the range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum.
