About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Server Assistant to join our team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a Server Assistant, you will play a key role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities- Ensure a seamless dining experience for guests during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Support the Server by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, clearing tables, and resetting.
- Serve and clear all food & beverage items.
- Complete opening and closing side-work as assigned.
- Set all tables according to standards.
- Have a thorough understanding of the menu and describe food items to guests.
- Answer guest questions about the menu.
- Break down displays or side stations.
- Monitor overall restaurant cleanliness.
- Ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Previous experience in food and beverage, in a restaurant or hotel
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage products
- Strong command of the English language
- Excellent commitment to service and teamwork
- Must be able to obtain a Serving It Right certificate
- Ability to work in Canada
