We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Royal Emerald Motors Ltd. as a key member of our finance department.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
- Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll and Benefits: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, including deductions for taxes, benefits, and other allowances.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
- Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, including GST, PST, and other applicable taxes.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, accurate, organized, and proficient in accounting software and systems.
