Job Description

We are seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) or Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) to join our team as part-time community nurses in North Bay, ON. As a community nurse with CarePartners, you will have the opportunity to develop meaningful therapeutic relationships with patients, preserve patient dignity and privacy, and work in a supportive and collaborative environment focused on quality patient care.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining effective care plans for community health services
  • Providing exceptional nursing services to patients in their homes, clinics, retirement homes, or schools
  • Communicating and liaising with patients, family members, and interdisciplinary care teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) registration in good standing
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) degree or diploma
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • A valid driver's license and vehicle
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • CPR Certification
  • Current immunization record including 2-step TB test
