Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Culinary Operations Manager to lead our kitchen operations at The Pavilion Restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and serving of high-quality meals to our guests.

About the Role
  • This is a permanent position working 30 hours per week with a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent culinary skills, including the ability to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • You will also be responsible for supervising kitchen staff and helpers, maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment, and cleaning kitchen and work areas.

Requirements
