Senior Culinary Manager

The Pavilion Restaurant is seeking a highly skilled Senior Culinary Manager to lead our kitchen team.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and inventory management.
We are looking for someone with excellent leadership skills, who can motivate and train our staff to provide exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production and presentation
- Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to drive business growth
- Lead a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Maintain accurate inventory records, minimizing waste and reducing costs
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining restaurant or hospitality setting
- Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
