Position Summary

The Service & Warranty Coordinator will serve as the primary point of contact for all service and warranty requests from our builder partners. This role will manage requests from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate service and warranty requests from builder partners, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Communicate with customers, installation crews, and internal departments to facilitate smooth service delivery.
  • Manage service work orders, including initiation, update, completion, and rescheduling as needed.
  • Process billing for completed service work orders, obtaining accurate purchase orders from builders when required.
  • Follow up on outstanding items, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned, contributing to the success of the Customer Experience team.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Experience working in the home building industry is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and builder software applications.
