Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Financial Executive to lead our Life Sciences Systems division's financial operations. As a key member of our senior executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, managing financial planning and analysis, and ensuring the division's financial performance meets our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability
  • Lead financial planning and analysis, including financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting
  • Manage financial operations, including accounting, treasury, and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions and optimize financial performance
  • Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance and risk management
  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior leadership and business stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum 8-10 years of senior financial experience in a manufacturing or financial services environment
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, including financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial markets and trends
  • Professional financial designation, such as CA, CMA, or CGA
