We are seeking a skilled Telecommunications Network Specialist to join our team at Squantom Technology Network Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment faults, performing adjustments, replacements, or repairs as needed.
  • Inspect the operation of telecommunications equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Analyze test results and make adjustments or repairs to switching systems, networks, associated equipment, and software.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of tests and services performed.
  • Determine the nature, cause, and location of issues affecting telecommunications operations.
  • Install and configure electromechanical, analog, and digital trunking systems, circuits, and equipment in central offices and switching centers.
  • Operate computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment.
  • Assign work tasks to team members as needed.
  • Configure cable modems and software for Internet access.
Compensation and Benefits
