We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Metal Fabrication Supervisor to join our team at Accurate Fabricating Ltd. As a Metal Fabrication Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the fabrication process, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of fabrication team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
  • Monitor and control the fabrication process, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the work environment is safe and free from hazards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all fabrication requirements are met, and that production schedules are maintained.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in metal fabrication.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures.
