Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Contract Coordinator to join our team in the greater Toronto area. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for supporting the national sales strategy and related efforts to convert market demand into relationships with end-users and distributors that generate new sales and maintain existing sales.
Key Responsibilities- Support the national sales strategy and related efforts to convert market demand into relationships with end-users and distributors that generate new sales and maintain existing sales.
- Lead assigned territory managers in the region towards the accomplishment of key sales initiatives and sales goals.
- Participate in product launches, trade shows, and conferences.
- Provide regular field sales coaching and support ongoing structured training for assigned territory managers on topics of territory management, need generation, prospecting, solution selling, pipeline management, product training, and negotiation skills.
- Assist the country manager with managing relationships with key end-users, channels, trade associations, and industry peers within the region.
- Manage price assurances, pricing contracts, promotions, and special programs associated with the territory managers assigned to the assistant regional manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related.
- Three years of outside sales experience.
- Prior sales management experience or sales leadership.
- Leadership skills in sales council; regional and national sales meetings; training exercises; and trade show support.
- Experience with CRM/SalesForce, business analytics.
- Mentorship experience within sales team. Experience with coaching within a high-performance culture.
- The ability to travel up to 40%, overnight travel included as needed.
- The ability to work in the greater Toronto area (proximity to both the Markham office and Toronto – Pearson airport).
- Sales experience working with manufacturing end-users and industrial applications.
- Expert usage of SalesForce.
