Job SummaryWe are hiring a Store Associate for our store in Leamington. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately record customer transactions and maintain a high level of accuracy in all sales and returns.
- Replenish merchandise around the checkout area and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Follow up on hot selling items and complete markdowns and SKU changes as needed.
- Maintain planograms, labels, tickets, and signing standards.
- Perform cycle counts as required.
- Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures, including those related to tobacco and lottery sales.
- Ensure health and safety policies and guidelines are followed.
- Ensure loss prevention best practices are followed.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
