Key Responsibilities:

  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in food service
  • Or equivalent experience
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, kneel, and walk.
