Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and mark materials according to specifications
  • Cut and shape materials using various tools and equipment
  • Assemble and join materials to form structures and frameworks
  • Ensure all work is done to a high standard and meets safety regulations
  • Work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy and dusty environments
Work Environment

As a Steel Stud Framer, you will be working in a fast-paced construction environment with various locations. You will be required to travel to different sites and work in a variety of settings.

Requirements
  • 1-6 months of experience in a related field
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy and dusty environments
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding role
  • Ability to work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work overtime when required
Preferred Qualifications
  • Steel-toed safety boots
  • Hard hat
  • Ability to speak English
  • Ability to work 30 hours per week
