Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Steel Stud Framer to join our team at KING CONSTRUCTION INC. As a Steel Stud Framer, you will be responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Measure and cut materials to required specifications
  • Shape and assemble materials to create frames and structures
  • Join materials together using appropriate fastening methods
  • Work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Work Environment

As a Steel Stud Framer, you will work in a fast-paced construction environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy and dusty conditions.

Requirements
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions
