About the Role

Cronos Group is a leading global cannabinoid company with a strong presence in the cannabis industry. We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team in Stayner, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Inventory Control Manager in overseeing and coordinating inventory systems and processes within the Inventory Control department.
  • Train team members on inventory ERP processes and assist with planning and preparing physical counts.
  • Develop and implement internal processes to enhance structure, accuracy, and standardization in inventory controls.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Supply Chain, Production, Quality Assurance, Finance, and Internal Audit, for all inventory-related issues and processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in inventory management, process development, and project management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and developing team members.
  • Strong understanding and hands-on experience with ERP systems, with SAP being a strong asset.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement SOPs and work instructions.
  • Experience leading audits and understanding regulatory compliance, particularly with SOX and Health Canada regulations pertaining to the Cannabis Act.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
