We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineering Co-op Specialist to join our Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group at Magna. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that are driving the future of mobility.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the design, development, and testing of Mechatronics products for the automotive industry.
- Work on components, sub-assemblies, or systems that are less complex in nature, carrying over parts, existing business, and minor modifications.
- Support the complete development of designated products, including design, build, and test activities, in accordance with standard operating procedures and the product delivery process.
- Collaborate with personnel in various engineering and design activities relative to product development requirements.
- Support effective communications within the project team and the customer, supplier, manufacturing, and quality communities.
- Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university.
- Basic competency in CAD.
- Proficient with word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
