Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement legal strategies to minimize risks and maximize opportunities for the company.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination on legal matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in laws and regulations, and provide recommendations for updates to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Law degree from a recognized institution.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
