Job Title: Legal Counsel

  • Performing management functions related to the practice of law
  • Draw up legal documents and prepare statements of legal opinion
  • Representing the interests of the company in all business-related legal matters
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Law
  • Membership in a provincial or territorial law society
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail
