Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Advisor. As an RBC Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients and driving business growth through new client acquisition and relationship development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and retention
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product offerings to provide expert advice to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients
