Inventory Specialist

Brandt Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Inventory/Parts Person to join our team in Moncton. This role is responsible for managing customer orders across our extensive network of locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate pricing and shipping information to customers
- Assist customers in navigating multiple parts lookup systems
- Support other Brandt field staff members with inventory-related tasks
- Collaborate with vendors to offer customers various options
- Engage in ongoing training to maintain exceptional service standards
- Contribute to a harmonious working environment by assisting other departments as needed
We offer a comprehensive training program to ensure our team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this role. Fluency in both French and English is considered an asset, but not required. Various shifts are available to support our 24/7 Customer Service Centre.
