We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Auto Parts Centres. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of auto parts.
Key Responsibilities- Support all warehouse duties, including picking orders, receiving, inventory control, shipping, stocking, and organizing.
- Help control inventory and ensure product availability.
- Coordinate the dispatching of vehicles to ensure timely delivery of auto parts.
- Complete necessary paperwork in an accurate and timely manner.
- Efficiently and safely load auto parts onto delivery vehicles.
- Collaborate with the main warehouse to resolve stock-related concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized store by keeping racking, shelves, pallet area, workstations, and shared spaces neat and organized.
- Answer inbound calls and ensure all calls are answered in a professional manner.
- A valid G Driver's License and a clean 3-year driver's abstract are required.
- Basic math skills and the ability to sort alphanumerically are essential.
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to use Outlook and online databases, are required.
- Picking, receiving, shipping, inventory control, and stock maintenance experience are assets.
- Driver dispatching experience is also an asset.
- Accountability and dependability are essential.
- Excellent ability to work independently and as a team.
- Positive attitude and a flexible mindset.
- Attention to detail and excellent organization skills.
- Time management and prioritization skills with a deadline-oriented mindset.
