We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to provide therapeutic massages to clients at Uptown Physiotherapy Clinic.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Massage Therapist, you will provide therapeutic massages to clients to help them relax, reduce muscle tension, and alleviate pain. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform various massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, sports, and prenatal massages
  • Provide recommendations for at-home care and stretches to enhance the benefits of the massage
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as chiropractors or physical therapists, to provide comprehensive care for clients
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation protocols
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Massage Therapist (2+ years)
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal conditions and injuries
  • Proficient in various massage techniques and modalities
  • Valid Massage Therapist license/certification as well as Professional Liability Insurance
Work Environment:

Monday to Friday, flexible schedule, on-site parking, and extended health care benefits.

Language Requirement:

French not required.
