Role Overview

We are seeking an Environmental Sustainability Specialist to play a central role in our efforts to reduce the environmental impact of our operations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in sustainability practices, environmental management, and green initiatives.

This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sustainable practices, conducting environmental assessments, and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure that our processes and procedures are environmentally responsible and aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field">
  • 2+ years of experience in environmental sustainability or a related field">
  • Strong knowledge of sustainability practices and environmental management principles">
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills">
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement">

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
