Chief Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Scientist to lead our team in the development of cutting-edge AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement the technical roadmap for AI Agent, Embodied AI, and Reasoning-enhanced Large Language Models.
  • Lead and manage a team of researchers and engineers to drive innovation and deliver high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements, and identify opportunities for Huawei to leverage and integrate new technologies.
Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in AI research and development, with a strong track record of innovation and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong technical expertise in AI, machine learning, and software development.
