About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Wireless Sales Manager to join our team at Glentel Inc. in Toronto. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of wireless sales representatives to drive sales revenue growth and increase market share
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet business objectives and enhance customer shopping experience
  • Providing ongoing training, coaching, and development to improve skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities
  • Overseeing inventory levels and implementing strategies to minimize shrinkage and inventory turnover
  • Managing product placement, signage, and displays to maximize sales and enhance customer shopping experience
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of driving sales revenue growth and increasing market share. You will also possess a strong understanding of wireless products and services, as well as excellent customer service skills.
