The Mobile Shop is seeking an exceptional Store Manager to lead our team of Mobilists in driving sales success and delivering an unparalleled customer experience.

About The Role:

  • As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Wireless Sales Representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • You will actively participate in engaging customers in sales activities and provide ongoing training, coaching, and development to improve their skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.
  • You will develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth, increase market share, and achieve business objectives.
  • You will monitor and evaluate the performance of Wireless Sales Representatives, providing feedback, and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional results
  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Providing coaching and training to enhance team performance
  • Monitoring and evaluating team performance, identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies
  • Experience with sales training and development
