Job Description:

The Stella residence is seeking a day maintenance person to perform various upkeep and maintenance tasks in common areas and apartments. This role is a perfect fit for those with a passion for maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and clean the premises
  • Organise or perform all other related tasks regarding the maintenance department, as required and as requested by the immediate superior
  • Clear and salt the entrances
  • Carry out the maintenance of the premises in accordance to a regular reoccurring schedule or as required
  • Make service calls
  • Minor repairs in apartments and common areas (plaster, paint, change lights, various installations, etc.)
  • Cleaning and performing floor maintenance duties in the common areas

Requirements:
  • Good judgment and priority management

  • Good physical ability
  • Ability to analyze, solve problems and make decisions
