Job Summary

The Stella residence is seeking a skilled Maintenance Attendant to join their team. As a key member of the maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the common areas and apartments are well-maintained and clean. This is a day shift position, working Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and clean the premises, including common areas and apartments.
  • Organize and perform various tasks related to the maintenance department, as required and requested by the immediate superior.
  • Clear and salt the entrances.
  • Perform maintenance tasks according to a regular schedule or as required.
  • Make service calls.
  • Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas, including plastering, painting, changing lights, and various installations.
  • Clean and perform floor maintenance duties in common areas.

Requirements
  • Good judgment and priority management.
  • Good sense of organization.
  • Good physical ability.
  • Ability to analyze, solve problems, and make decisions.
