Position Overview

The Marketing Researcher for Business Aviation will be an integral member of our Business Aviation team, supporting sales activities including research, prospecting, and utilizing marketing and analysis programs. This role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leaders and employees on HR-related matters, providing guidance and insights to support strategic decisions and operational goals.
  • Lead key strategic HR initiatives, using sound project management skills to drive organizational development and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Evaluate and enhance structures, roles, and processes to foster long-term effectiveness and improve employee engagement.
  • Develop solutions to address business needs and challenges, influencing positive outcomes through expert knowledge and advice.
  • Oversee annual talent management processes, such as performance reviews and succession planning, to identify high-potential employees and successors for key positions.
  • Provide guidance on performance management matters, including development plans and performance improvement plans.
  • Partner with people leaders on complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
  • Manage disability cases, including short and long-term disability claims, WCB, CNESST, and/or WSIB claims.
Requirements

This position requires:

  • A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably in an HR Business Partner role.
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources.
  • Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP/CHRL) Designation is considered an asset.
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and implement scalable HR solutions aligned with current and future business goals.
  • Strong functional knowledge in all aspects of human resources practices, policies, and programs.
  • Deep understanding of employment legislation, with a preference for knowledge of the Canada Labour Code.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments, adapting quickly to changing business needs and priorities.
  • Excellent project and time management, communication, and attention to detail skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with a demonstrated ability to mentor leaders and build credibility and trust across the organization.
  • Bilingualism in French and English (verbal and written) is a desirable asset.
  • Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
  • Previous experience with ADP WorkForce Now and/or Jobvite (ATS) is considered an asset.
