Job Summary

LE POSH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hairstyling Salon Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in salon operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily salon operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
  • Plan and control the salon budget and inventory, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies, driving business growth and increasing brand awareness.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
