Job Title: Welder

GTA Car Care & Tires Inc. is seeking a skilled Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and reading and interpreting welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications to ensure accurate and efficient production.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Operate previously set-up brazing or soldering machines to bond metal or to fill holes, indentations and seams of metal.
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in welding or a related field.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English.
