Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Welder to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and ensuring that welds meet standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret welding process specifications and ensure that welds meet standards and specifications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, including flame-cutting equipment, to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Examine welds and ensure that they meet quality standards.
  • Operate previously set-up welding machines to fabricate or repair metal parts and products.
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding equipment.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and handle heavy loads.
  • Stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in welding.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
